If you are a new rider:

  • Introduction to the BRC

This is a great option for true beginner riders to get a head start on the controls and basic skills taught in the BRC. You'll get an hour in the classroom discussing motorcycle controls and basic skills then about 3 hours of on-bike learning.

  • Basic Rider Course

This is by far our most popular and most economical training course. If you are a Washington State resident or active duty military stationed here, the price can be as low as $125 for the course. The BRC is designed specifically with new riders in mind and you do not need to know anything about motorcycles to get started.

Generally scheduled over the course of 2-3 days, you'll get a mix of classroom and riding sessions geared toward basic knowledge and minimum skills to start riding on the street on your own.

If you use to ride:

  • Basic Rider Course

Even though you may be beyond the basics many "experienced" riders choose the BRC as their first training course so that they have a solid foundation of riding skills to choose from. You can find more information on the BRC page.

  • Intermediate Rider Training

If you have some experience and feel that you know the basics of riding a motorcycle (starting, stopping, shifting, turning) then the IRT might just be the right combination of content, time needed, and price for you.

The IRT is designed for retruning riders (90 or more days and/or 3,000 or more miles of experience) who are beyond the basics, but may have not ridden in a while (within the last year). This is also a good option if you are current rider but are not ready to take a training course on your own motorcycle.

  • Experienced Rider Course

The ERC does almost the exact same riding drills as the BRC and IRT with the primary differences being there are no classroom sessions, we skip the basics, and you ride your own motorcycle in this course. If you stopped riding in the winter, or just need some refreshing this course is a good choice.

As an option at the end of the course you can take the short written and riding test to get your motorcycle endorsement. This is NOT and advanced level course. The riding skills we focus on in the ERC are beginner level skills but rather than coaching you to a beginner level we coach you to an experienced level.

If you currently ride a motorcycle:

  • Experienced Rider Course

Among those that ride a motorcycle on today's roads this is the course of choice. The riding skills covered and foundation level things that every rider needs to know. Testing for your endorsement is an option included with this course.

Commonly taken by riders looking to improve overall skill and confidence, refresh training after taking a break, and to get coaching after buying a new motorcycle.

  • PSS Endorsement Preparation Training

This is not a true training course. With Endorsement Prep you'll get 2-3 hours of private training to prep you for testing at the DOL. If you simply do not have the time for a full training course or want a quick way to get your endorsement, our EPT Instructors will show you the tips and tricks for passing the riding part of the DOL test.
