What is Endorsement Preparation Training?

They are 2-hour private training sessions with a PSS Specialty Instructor to get you ready for the WA DOL endorsement test. The session involves a practice run of the Alt-MOST skills test to identify which riding drills are needed to get you ready to take the WA DOL endorsement test.

Who is this for?

We've designed these sessions for:

• Riders learning on a permit
• Riders transferring from other states
• Riders who've been riding without an endorsement
• Recent graduates of our other training courses

If you have you own motorcycle or scooter and have at least a few months and/or a few thousand miles of experience we can help you to get your endorsement.

How much does it cost?

For $72 you'll get 2 hours with a PSS Specialty Instructor to work on passing the Alt-MOST test at the DOL.

Do I need my own bike?

The sessions are setup specifically for riders with their own bikes. It doesn't matter if your bike is 50cc or 2500cc, nor if it weighs a 100lbs or 1000lbs. Our Instructors will show you the in's and out's needed to get your bike through the Alt-MOST skills test.

What do I need to bring?

• Street legal motorcycle or scooter
• Proof of insurance (we operate on private property)
• US DOT compliant helmet (per current WA State and Federal laws)
• Eye protection (if helmet is not equipped with a visor)
• Jacket or shirt with long sleeves (covering the upper body)
• Full fingered gloves
• Pants without holes (covering the lower body)
• Sturdy footwear that rises above the ankle bone

What do I get?

You'll get the knowledge and practice needed to pass the Alt-MOST skills test and gain a motorcycle endorsement on your WA State Drivers License. Your Instructor will put you through a practice run of the entire Alt-MOST skills test during your session. Next they'll put you through riding drills needed to get your bike through each part of the Alt-MOST skills test. You'll get immediate feedback during each of the riding drills for your specific needs.

Will I get my endorsement?

No. We do not conduct the official run of the test for your endorsement. You must go down to the Department of Licensing and test with them. We only offer practice runs of the test. We cannot guarantee that you'll be able to pass the Alt-MOST skills test at the DOL, but keep in mind that your Instructor will do what they can so that you can pass.
