Course Tuition & Fees

Course tuition at the time of registration will apply and supersedes any prior or future advertised or discounted pricing.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Our cancellation & rescheduling policy requires your cancellation or rescheduling request be made 10 days or more before the start of your class.  If you are within the 10 days of the start of the course, no refunds or tuition transfers can be made, and you will forfeit  your tuition and/or deposit.

If rescheduling (10 days or more from the start of your class), we can transfer your tuition to another scheduled course without penalty or put your funds on a credit status on file for a future date good for (1) one year. 

If cancelling (10 days or more from the start of your class), a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee can be refunded. 

When selecting your option of whether to cancel keep in mind the following

Cancelling = A $25.00 processing fee will be accessed for all qualifying refunds. 

Rescheduling 100% of tuition can be put as a credit on file good for (1) one year.

If there are any special accommodations that you require, you must notify our office at the time of registration or course inquiry. Special accommodations are not always available, but with advance notice we can often comply with requests.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

Any grievance or complaint must be submitted in writing or by email. Correspondence is reviewed weekly and, in most cases, responded to within two (2) business days after receipt and review.
